Alright bhais simple guide for today, we’ll talk about topical solutions and how to make them (giga easy) and you save a lot of money.

STABLE INGREDIENTS AND EQUIPMENT

alright so we’ll start with the ingredients.
1- ALCOHOL
A must in any topical solution, dissolves compounds and allows the solution to penetrate the surface and do its job.

2- HUMECTANTS
What the hell is that buccal?
Humectants are hydrophilic substances that promote moisture absorption
Most common ones are
Glycerin
Hyaluronic Acid
Aloe Vera
AHAs
Dipropylene glycol
aka DPG (I use this)
propylene glycol
They’re all pretty cheap.

3- WATER
most solutions need this but a few exceptions exist such as RU58841.

NEEDED EQUIPMENT

Most important will be a digital scale, I use a 0.000g scale but a 0.1g should be good as well.
And you’ll need beakers or something to mix in, as well as a microgram spoon for powders and possibly pipettes, and while optional really helps is a magnetic stirrer, can be a little costly but good investment.
And a funnel if you need it.
.

FORMULA PERCENTAGES
FORMULA PERCENTAGES
if your compound is water soluble use about
50-55% Alcohol
20-25% Humectant
25% water

If NOT water soluble
80-85% Alcohol
15-20% Humectant

HOW TO MAKE IT
EXAMPLE we’re making a 30ML RU58841 + MINOXIDIL solution.
First you’ll weight out your liquids. In this instance 85% alcohol and 15% humectant. So after weighing 25.5ml of ethanol + 4.5ml of DPG you’ll set it aside for a moment.
Second you’ll get your digital scale and measure your desired dose of the compound, in my instance 5% for both so that’s 1.5g of each powder.
Weight 1.5g of RU then 1.5g of Min and add it to your liquid.
Third you’ll mix.
If you have a magnetic stirrer just put it on there and let it stir, if not you’ll have to shake and swirl for a while.
If it takes a while to fully dissolve run it under warm water for a little, powders can crystallize in cold temperatures. .

GENERAL TIPS
Wear gloves, and if possible a face mask.
Use an online calculator or ai to measure your correct dosing, research the compound and know the dosage per ML you need.
