Tutorial
On the hyoid ur gonna make 3 points and inject 0,5ml of Aqualyx into each Point

—> 50IU if u use a 1ml/100IU Insulin syringe like me

The red points in the picture is where ur gonna put the needle in and inject the Aqualyx
—> u only have to use around 8mm of the needle at the hyoid bc the skin is thinner and the fat pad is easier to reach

On the Buccal fat Area u have to make 2 injection points

U can also draw a Grid on ur cheek like this but it also makes it a bit more complicated and more painful bc you have to put in the needle way more often

Only picture I could find online but u get what I mean. Its more complicated and harder to always inject into the fad pad. So I personally wouldnt recommend doing it like this
—> especially when ur lean like me and not that fat

Ur gonna locate the fad Pad using ur thumb and Index finger and try to feel for a soft part around ur cheek.

then hold the fad pad with these two fingers and squish it a bit together to make it easier to insert the needle

U can put the full 12,7mm of the needle in bc the fat pad is located deeper than the one over ur hyoid

—> Look up Aqualyx injections on tiktok and yt to get an understanding of how to inject

I was always pretty lean even before the procedure but I js wanted to get rid of some stubborn fat that annoyed me

Trust me I would love to post immediate results but now is the third day after the injections and I am still pretty swollen.
I told my parents I did sparring against some friends of me and they fr believed it 😭😭
—> rly don’t know how I always get away with these stupid ahh excuses 🤷‍♂️

Ur swollen for around 4-7 days and the liquid stays in ur system for around 2 weeks.
After that it takes another 4 weeks (so 6 in total) to see the full results
—> u are also are supposed to repeat the procedure 1-2 times for the best results

old thread... if youre injecting cheeks or buccal youre targeting superficial fat which is around 5,6 mm deep. shouldnt your needle be something like 6,8 mm to avoid hitting nerves?

If I wanted to hit subq then I would use 8mm, which I do in my Next sesh.
but I did not want to inject subq thats why I used a 12.7mm needle.
And it is much harder to Hit a nerve than u think and even if u do so, u will feel it bc of pain and pull the needle back out

I told my mom it was boxing and she was suspicious but believed me and to my friends I Said it was wisdom teeth removal.
And it was rly bad the first 3 days maybe pm me if u want pics

Im thinking about injecting into the masseter and ramus area so that its more visible, is this a good idea?

If you're above the age of 18 would you just recommend getting it done by a professional? This way it is easier, more efficient + effective with a lower likelihood of fucking it up, also it only costs a tiny bit more. Let me know what you think.

isn't 12,7mm too deep? I thought you were only supposed to do 4mm? I thought even 8mm was considered deep.

If u aim for buccal fat no, if u wanna go subq then use 5-8mm

whats absolute lowest mm you can go to hit buccal fat, and does this mean you should hit subq after you do all your buccal injections?

4-8mm for subq is Most likely fine but for buccal use something 12mm+. Id rec u should start with subq

And do you hit subq in cheek or just hyoid? it possible to pierce through buccal fat pad with 12mm

I just did my First mild Session, only 1ml per cheek tho since im lean already and wanted to be careful, looking back I should have done at least 2ml, planning to do another with 2ml in a few days, which would be a Week apart, you think thats fine to do?

Kinda but i went higher than most people so the area was also a lot larger, stoped just under my zygo and well enough like wanted i got that high set opry esque zygo look
