Going to but the “3 screw saggital appliance” from bracesshop.com, and addreverse pull hooks. Gonna buy a prop facemask and elastics and hook it all up together. The expander is to split the suture for easier forward growth, and I chose that one because the front of my maxilla is very narrow, whilst the back is quite wide, and that expander expands the front more.
Would this work? Give me tips bhai.gonna use a herbst after anyways so overbite won't be there for long.
And before anyone says anything, my face is severely reccesed, and no ortho near my does headgear/rph. I do need it but I can't source it.
