Disclaimer: I only have hand on hand experience with High G‘ Fillers. Always Aspirate no matter what, this Is NOT medical Advice don‘t do this.
Alright, so for those of you scared todo diy filler let me give you a full run down:
Jawline: (Gonion, mandible, chin)
Very easy, The only thing you have to watch out for is the facial artery which sits infront of the gonions right on the bone (feel for a pulse) just avoid it and you should be fine as the Gonions itself and mandible dont have any major arteries. Chin technically has 2–4 arteries to watch out for, just stay 1cm away from your bottom Lip and Aspirate, simple.
Nose:
Medium, just stay in the middle of the nose, DO NOT go left or right (as those are where your MakeMeGoBlind veins are located) also from the radix the lower you go the Higher risk it gets, the tip + left and right has by far the highest risk so just watch out, but most of the time not worth it anyway. Only Area where Aspiration is not needed
Cheeks (Zygos Ant., Zygos Lat., Surrounding Area)
Easy-medium todo, the higher the bodyfat the harder to pinpoint the zygos exactly use High G‘ filler here dont do too much (1-2ml per side) but dont be afraid to go a little higher close to the Eye for that Nice Ogee Curve. The Surrounding Areas like The Tear throughs carry higher risks as most veins here run superficially, use Low G’ Filler just watch out you should be fine but your filler will migrate much easier and much faster so long term opt for fatloss and/or fatgrafts depending on the problems
Temple region:
Yeah dude I got no Idea just dont do it. The other Areas carry a significantly higher ROI, If you do want to do it, do your Own Research and then decide wether to DIY or get it done.
(Dont get Brow ridge filler it looks extremely unnatural)
Hope anyone even seen this and if so this helped you get a little more confidence.
TLDR; High G‘ Areas are usually pretty safe, injecting doesnt Hurt unlike fat dissolvers for example. Always Aspirate no matter what.
