DIY Lipovela gone WRONG 🚑

Wanted to perform my second lipovela session. The first one went completely fine.

I started injecting on the mandibula region. In the second injection already something felt weird. It felt cold and there was more resistance when injecting. I pushed through. (Pinched, 8mm, 31 gauge, 90 degree angle)

I pulled it out and i was shocked. There was a fat paper white bulge 2cm next to my injection spot! Compareable to a fat insect sitting on your face.
I started to rub and i drove to the ER.

Doctor measured the pulse in the vessels and the ultrasonic looked like it was very superficial so it was not injected into a blood vessel but into the dermis.

I was really scared of getting necrosis. The bulge got milder after some hours and completely disappeared after like 2 days.
So you can basically fuck it up completely and still be safe but i just wanna tell you that its not worth the headache.

I already did DIY Lipovela and DIY Chin filler before and i was just really unlucky for some reason.

if you pinch and then put in the syringe you could be slightly off angle that you go through the fat into the other end of the dermis again:
