DIY reverse pull headgear with wires instead of elastics?

I was thinking about my pallet expander and my reverse pull headgear and I realized that elastics aren’t really having any affect on my recessed maxilla, developed it forward about 3mm after a year at 16, does anyone have tips on how to make a zygomatic, chin, and forehead anchored reverse pull headgear? I don’t know enough about small mechanics and I want to be able to add a turning mechanism, like a pallet expander to it, any ideas?
