I'm 16, wanted to try something. I bought a upper and lower palate expander from braces shop.com, I expanded upper 6.5mm and lower 3.5mm which was enough to fit the upper. (didn't do more because past this it was mostly tooth tipping that came back). The headgear was from AliExpress. This took 3 months since I expanded slowly, lmk what you think, but imo my facial structure definetly got some improvement, especially my jaw somehow.

A full treatment here in Czechia costed 6k eur which I definitely don't have the money for. Parents wouldn't get me it anyway because they know my teeth are straight and don't understand the purpose of it

yea no that didn’t happen ur 16 and ur putting palate expanders that don’t have nails pinned to ur skull, 0 expansion happened

Idk something changed perhaps not bones but soft tissue sits better
