DIY Vitamin-C serum help

I'm thinking of making my own Vitamin-C serum.

This is what I am ordering rn:
Vitamin-E oil(96%)
L-Absorpic Acid(Vit-C) in powder form.
Ferulic acid

Thinking of adding in vegetable Glycerin.

What more should I add/remove?

In total Around 800rs(8 USD) (with vegetable glycerin)

you need a proper solvent base and a way to control ph level

get distilled water because vitamin c powder needs water to dissolve

vitamin c also only works around pH ~2.5 to ~3.5 iirc so use baking soda, or a sodium hydroxide solution or pH strips

also phenoxyethanol as a preservative

Just distilled water (Glacéau Smartwater, or even Wilkins Distilled) and a little bit of baking soda.

More expensive + lesser vitamin-C% + preservatives + doesn't contain what I want.

Appreciate the response, Will just boil water for the distilled water, and i have baking soda at home.

Cool. Also, buy pH strips. That's all. Patch test.

Also no matter how much vitamin-C you may take, It wont affect ksin, only topical does.
