Just done whitening my teeth rn.
Results are clearly visible, just a micro burn on my gum, no pain tho.
applied some gum cream on my gum before starting ( dont have gingival barrier atm)
Dried my teeth out with some tissues
rolled up some cotton pad and stuck it
between my lips and gum so that no saliva comes on the tooth .
Rubbed 12% hydrogen peroxide on front 6 teeth a few times with a Q-tip
Then i folded some tissue in a way that it could envelop my teeth well like a whitening strip.
Applied some more hp on the tissue and left it 10 minutes.
Removed the whole thing, rinse my mouth with water and did it all again three times
