Diy whitening results !!

Just done whitening my teeth rn.
Results are clearly visible, just a micro burn on my gum, no pain tho.

applied some gum cream on my gum before starting ( dont have gingival barrier atm)

Dried my teeth out with some tissues

rolled up some cotton pad and stuck it
between my lips and gum so that no saliva comes on the tooth .

Rubbed 12% hydrogen peroxide on front 6 teeth a few times with a Q-tip

Then i folded some tissue in a way that it could envelop my teeth well like a whitening strip.

Applied some more hp on the tissue and left it 10 minutes.

Removed the whole thing, rinse my mouth with water and did it all again three times

The problem is if you drink coffee, red wine, etc. The teeth will yellow again.

35% seems like a lot bro make sure to dilute it a bit to 20 at least, i got burns from 12% so be careful with 35

35% is pretty potent it could melt your gums if you're not careful you should've prob gone for a lower concentration

I should hopefully be fine, i made sure to buy the barrier and I also have somebody I trust to help me

just dilute it it's better be safe than sorry repeating the process 3 times while being completely safe better than doing in once while risking your gums good luck to you eitherway

Yeah you should use gingival barrier next time or at least gengigel like i did, although I also got a small burn too. Goes away in a few minutes. Be more careful next time and stay safe

i know its hard to describe but how did you make the 'teeth whitening strip' with the tissue. honeslty i think my teeth shade has changed a little bit and the burns arent as bad i want to try again but with gel protecting the gums this time.

I dry out the area, then i take a q tip and apply h2o2, then i fold a singular toilet paper (make sure its not to thick) and apply some more h2o2 on it. I like rolling up a cotton pad and put it under my top lip like a snus so i dont get too much saliva on there
