DJS (Bimax) + Genio

Came to the realization that jaw truly fucking is law. I went in for a consult regarding Genio and my doctor strongly suggests DJS as well. Im going to link a few photos let me know any recommendations. Budget is not an issue I genuinely have all the money in the world. I'll send photos for ref.

I want to have good lower third projection, this was a case done and I feel like the results would be similar to what id expect, although this was with a female doing only DJS

Is a chin like this (Humblemogger) achievable, one thing that I do like about his chin is that from his bottom lip to chin it runs straight down, I don't like how with mine there that pretty big curve, with the oral work in prep for the surgery will I have the straight flat line? My end goal is to go through with DJS and Genio for extra downward and forward projection and down the line top it off with a squared chin implant. Does anyone know any good doctors in Los Angeles with good proof of procedure with similar cases. Is there another chin/jaw surgery I should be looking at instead.

djs and genio right for you. u need more vertical chin height too, talk w your surgeon about vertical genio and downgrafting. For your skin just hop on your second time accutane

yeah I'll probably run up accutane again, im In a weird spot w my surgeon bc he has worked on my cousin and her husband for her genio, and her husband genie + djs, The work was solid as for helping recession but it wasn't as cosmetic improving as id want it to be for me. But also I don't want to risk going with a doctor that might botch me and I'll have to live with that regret for the rest of my life.

It was just pretty minimal, like her genio was slid pretty slightly forward, as for her husband who did both he always had a beard so it shows how it was more for a medical reason, but strange how he did genio as well.

Be aware when the jaws are moved forward it can often exaggerate pre-existing asymmetry and make it worse unless the right counter measures are taken. A good question to vet a surgeon will be to raise this issue with him during the consultation and see what he says

After DJS and Genio, it will be a good improvement, but your jaw is still underdeveloped and narrow.

You will also likely need mandibular implants if you want to have a jaw like “humble mogger”

I feel like majority of my asymmetry comes from my base jaw compared to my chin are, so it would be an issue as for dis the osteotomy is past the base

What measures are taken to fix asymetry?

the countermeasures tend to be just moving them in different amounts for example, if they might move your right side .1-.5mm extra to get it be completely symmetrical
