I'm 15 years old, have Type 1 diabetes, and I'm currently 1.64 m (5'4.5") tall. My latest bone age X-ray indicates that my growth plates are approximately 2% open (this was my second bone age assessment). My father is 1.75 m (5'9") and my mother is 1.59 m (5'3").

I'm wondering if there's any evidence-based way to maximize my remaining height potential without using growth-promoting peptides or medications, since those tend to negatively affect my blood glucose control. Are there any lifestyle, nutritional, or training strategies that could still make a meaningful difference at this stage?
