DNA can be altered through lifestyle/diet?

could my future child's DNA theoretically be altered by my lifestyle/diet. if i ascend naturally to HTN+ and have high testosterone levels + decent physique do you guys think my kids could inherit these traits with genetics (assuming mom is also HTB+ and healthy) instead of having to work for them like i do?
this theory might explain why men have become weaker and less attractive throughout the past 100 years. im like 90% sure that even if genetic destruction was the reason for this there is more important variables anyways.
idk if i have kids i just dont want them to go through this looksmax hell, but im pretty i cant reproduce even if i wanted to cause no hope for sub7s
