The answer seems to be split between 23andme and Ancestry, but Ancestry's raw data is the better choice. That's why I went with Ancestry. The only downside is that you can only get your paternal haplogroup using a third party server whereas 23andme gives you both your paternal haplogroup and your maternal haplogroup. That's why it's more expensive. But if you'd like to toy around using your raw data, then you should go with Ancestry.
