10000 steps a day minimjum

dnp cycle

day 5 - 21 400mg
2.5mg tirzepatide a week
if necessary t3 will be added, 25mcg

Breakfast (~50g Protein, 30g Carbs, 15g Fats)
5 whole eggs
50g jasmine or basmati rice
10g butter or 1 tsp olive oil
Optional: 50g fermented yogurt (kefir, ayran)

Lunch (~60g Protein, 50g Carbs, 10g Fats)
250g beef or veal
150g potatoes or jasmine rice
Fermented vegetables or cooked spinach
1 tsp olive oil

Dinner (~60g Protein, 30g Carbs, 10g Fats)
200g beef liver or 250g chicken breast
100g sweet potatoes or basmati rice
Cooked spinach or fermented vegetables
½ avocado

Snacks / Extra
100-150g fermented yogurt
1 tbsp raw honey
3 whole eggs

Im assuming you did all the research before buying DNP but make sure you dont physically strain your body while on it lol (doing cardio and such) unless your in a cooled environment

DNP is a literal poison, there is no safe dose. if u overdose NOTHING can save you.
No chance of overdose at 200 or 400mg.
Unless obviously his shit is dosed incorrectly, then you’re right nothing will save you if you OD. But he will be fine even at 600mg. After 800mg, you a gonner. Talking from experience.

Why put yourself in harms way like that when their are safer alternatives like semalglutide, cardinine, fasting, low carb?

None of which burn fat.

I’ve used sema. I don’t now because it’s pointless. If you’re just gonna do normal caloric restriction then just put the fork down and don’t use a drug.

Drugs are good for accomplishing something you can’t do through natty means, like increasing metabolism to the extent DNP does.

DNP actively burns fat, not losing fat because of caloric restoration. That’s why it’s beneficial.

Cardarine is shit, gives cancer.

Fasting doesn’t do shit if you eat all your cals in your fasting window.

Low carb also does fuck all, it’s all cals in cals out.

Drop to 10-15% bodyfat and blast TREN for 6 months instead
 
update: took the 2nd pill, im starting to get hot
also tirz NUKED my appetite, only at 2.5mg

update day 4 new weight 75,9kgs
my starting weight was closer to 79kg btw

The sweating, pls lmk like a few days in if its actually bad
took my 4th pill an hour ago
sweating is no problem on 200mg although u will have some moments where u get warmer
just make sure to take the cap after school and not before and drink a lot


will start 400mg tomorrow
sweating will defo become a problem on 400mg + the lethargy is already annoying at 200mg
not sure how i will be able to work

started implementing 1x 25mcg t3 (will take every morning)
water retention is very noticeable on 400mg, my body started to look like SHIT cause of it, no impact on face yet
lethargy is HELLA bad on mornings
sweats are bad at mornings & nights
lethargy makes working torturous but i dont want to complain
loving it so far
i will wait 4-5 days to decide if i increase my dose to 600mg
thinking of adding clen to the cycle as well
