Looking for advice on fat loss timeline & dosing with DNP
I’m a bit confused because two of the top guides I’ve read seem to conflict on what to expect, so I’m hoping someone here can clarify.

I’m a bit confused because two of the top guides I’ve read seem to conflict on what to expect, so I’m hoping someone here can clarify.
Current stats:
- Weight: 180 lbs
- Body fat: ~20%
- Weight: 160 lbs
- Body fat: ~10%
- 200 mg daily dnp
- 1000 calories per day ( 180g protein )
- 200 mg testosterone
- Training: lifting 5 days per week
- Activity: ~10,000 steps daily
Questions:
- Based on this setup, roughly how long would it take to reach my goal?
- Would increasing the dose to 400 mg help achieve results faster, or is that unnecessary/risky?
