Alright chat this should be it, we are gonna be lean after this last cycle
Last time I said I started at %24bf I think, lowkey it was probably closer to %26 or %28
This time im %99 sure im not over %20 starting off, and pretty confident I can get to the %12 range by the end
Starting stats:
218lbs (after glycogen depletion)

Cycle plan:
200g DNP (its summer so I wont do alot)
1100 calories a day(bare minimum to get in all the protien and fat)
210g protien
20g fat (to take with fat soluble pills in the morning)
250 test
10g reta
Training:
Gym 5 days a week (could do 3 but I enjoy gym so I go more, but for retaining muscle 3 days a week would be enough)
15mins stairmaster on gym days
Weekends rest or some treadmill
I would get in 12000 steps but im already eating so much below my maintenance that I dont really need to effort max
Ive learned from the past 2 cycles that the weight i end dnp at is basically the weight ill be after replenishing glycogen and losing the water weight, they balance eachother out
As for how long ill be doing it, imma just do ts till I have abs, the water retention isnt soo much that it'll cover abs so we'll see how long it takes
