Already im being told i look happier and confident at work. the only thing thats changed is i lost 7 lbs of pure lard. im no longer 200lbs but idgaf. goal weight is 185 and ill be happy then ill SLOW SLOW bulk my way up. im 197 lbs right now so i got maybe 10 more lbs to go.
