Day 4 on DNP with frontload 500mg on first day

There's been absolutely zero movevment on the scale, I've lost 0.2 kg (jfl)

Safe to assume it's my body just replacing it with water? I'm heating up bad and have bad lethargy, and I can see that I'm glycogen depleted too because every muscle became noticeably flat yesterday

How much more should I run it for, not sure tbh

If you're already experiencing this by day 4 it’s a strong sign your metabolic rate spiked too quickly. The depleted twink look from glycogen depletion is also to be expected. Also keep in mind DNP accumulates over days and advancing the duration or dose any more can stack and get to be very, very risky. If I were you I would hold or stop the run entirely and allow the compound to clear and let the water drop and rather stick to something simple like Retatrutide.

Obviously, because I frontloaded. I'm basically near the peak concentraiton levels by day 2. And I'm not going to up the dose, I'm keeping it at 250mg/day. What do you mean advancing the duration?

Your reply kind of doesn't make sense what do you mean? You want me to stop at day 4? Again, it's expected becuase of the frontload, if I didn't frontload it wouldnt' make sense. And for some reason today the side effects are less severe, and it's not that severe to the point where I can't fucntion.

I could play basketball for 3 hours straight it's not that bad. I'm just asking about the duration that I should run it

I’d say you’d be cooking your brain cells to retardation but I don’t think there was any to began with

Yes, you're giga-bloated on DNP, don't expect to look leaner until a bit after hopping off.

Yeah, but I guess it's plausible that all the fat is being replaced by water? Since there's no movement on the scale.

You took it? It's not that bad tbh. It actually let me ignore the sides more, it feels worse rotting at home. Since it's only 250mg/day

It's also summer lol. It's way exaggerated.

DNP is a mind fuckery since you are glycogen depleted as shit and bloated which is just an awful fucking combo. You look and feel like crap. Just stick to your cals, run your DNP and you’ll look great once the water drops off you when you stop.

I mean that you should stop running DNP entirely. Most people will end up perfectly fine from running a cycle but even then I'd argue it's not worth the risk when you could resort to something much safer and simpler like GLP-1's instead.

down 1kg and scale refused to move for rest of the dnp run. JFL.

Off 3 days right now and still 1kg and fluctutations in weight put me back at where I starated. Not sure if the water isn't alll gone yet.

My face looked bloated before, on, still looks bloated, again not sure wtf to expect/
