First post on this account. Over the past two weeks, I’ve been reading into 2,4‑dinitrophenol, including both primary literature and existing discussion here, starting with Appeal’s thread in BotB. Based on multiple studies (Grundhling Et al 2011, Miranda Et al 2016), DNP-associated hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity seem to be explained by mitochondrial uncoupling, which led to reduced energy upregulation in highly energy-dependent organs (Liver, Kidney, Heart in high dosages)
Obviously its hard to fully counter this while being on DNP:lul:, But what can be done to minimize damage while on DNP?

mots-c would probably help,, other than that go read my threads where i share my experience ab when i was on dnp
