Do a majority of girls dislike long hair + is it associated with being unkempt and autistic?

When I say long hair I mean down to the shoulders. A majority of "primal" grifter I see on tiktok always have long hair but most of them honestly look strange. I would understand if some girls were into that but fitting into the "normie" sheet seems to be the meta. Plus I feel like the types of girls that like long hair vs short hair are different ykwim?
