ramipril seems to be a blood pressure medication( similar to furosemide and butanamide), however it is a non diuretic kind, would this still be able to be used as a form of diuretic to reduce fluid retention? its specific function is an ace inhibitor

I ask because its the closest thing I have access to that could operate as a form of diuretic, however im not sure if it could provide the same outcome as loop diuretics such as furosemide, or other forms of blood pressure medication discussed on the popular thread:
