Tap in to all of the free things as you possibly can, so what's free? Light, walking on the ground, grounding..micro workouts instead of a full workout, do micro workouts throughout the day, so if you're trying to get more flexible, your breaks from work..focus on flexibility 5-10 minute drills and it's as simple between putting a timer for 15 minutes to an hour 30 minutes..but when that timer goes off, you do what you said you were gonna do. Timer went off? Go for a walk. Timer went off? Do some pushups. Timer went off? Go get a cold shower. Timer went off? Go tan..in the sun.

For me that was the biggest shift.
