Holy fuck, was it always like this? Or has this been happening only since 50 years globalisation and migration.

As a kid, read from my children books ( Aladin, Wonder Lamp, Ali Baba etc) , i always assumed Arabs to only look very slightly darker than Spaniards or Greeks.

But recently I've noticed them look almost like negros often.

Depends on the region. Levantine Arabs almost none, Yemen and Saudi some.

in MENA East Asia and India the men are often much darker than the women
