In the long term, it does. But not the zygos. Only the masseter muscles (so the jaw area).
Also depends on your age. If you are in your puberty, then yea it will probably give you more bone density

Temporalis muscles are thin af so nah u won’t see a difference. Masseters maybe if u have good insertions

If you are still developing, yes it will alter your bone growth pattern. If you're already in your 20s, it's probably over.
