Do antihistamine reduce acne

I’m trying to get a paper expander cuz of my narrow palate but my parents wanted to bring me to the gp first and I got prescribed antihistamines and a nasal spray to check if it’s a mucus thing which it’s not (I’ve been on the nasal spray before) but will the antihistamines reduce my acne I’ve seen stuff saying it won’t and it will

Antihistamines can have a small indirect effect on acne but they cant do much
