I’ve heard Damon braces don’t recesse you but normal ones do, is this true because I severely need braces and I was thinking of getting Damon ones instead of normal ones braces

JFL, It's the same shit, just different bracket design. Damon braces might hurt less and work faster, but there is no real difference between the two in terms of facial development

I just got approved for braces but I'm looking for an ortho who isn't a greedy piece of shit and is willing to do damon brackets. If you don't care about price, then go for it. I have friends who had damon braces and they said they got them off before their esrimated removal date.
