It doesn't affect forward growth. Chew your food properly, finish your braces course, wear your retainers regularly without fail, then get your teeth whitened.

Braces suck. They truly, truly suck. I had braces for nearly 3 years. I didn't smile properly for years. You can't even eat food and talk to people. Get a water floss, as regular floss isn't possible. The results of braces... completely worth it. During your braces period, you have enough time to ascend in other areas.

One Google search will answer what a water floss is. It's a device you fill with water and acts as a pressurised floss, but with water. Add a pinch of salt in there. You don't need an expensive one. They all do the same shit.

When your braces are off you would have ascended. It's worth it. Put up with it like the rest of us who had braces had too.
