No it's cope. Usually your undereye bags are caused by infraorbital recession and you will need surgery for this, either implants or maxillary osteotomy. Personally i use concealer and BB cream to fraud my undereyes and this works fine

they are very different caffeine serum constricts blood vessels whereas volufiline stimulates the fat storage in undereyes
