I’ve been looking to get more tan because I have to wear spf 50 every day because of acne treatments, and I’ve been trying to drink carrot juice and eat tomatoes but that shit is nasty should I just take supplements or is it not even worth the results?

mt2 or just actually go in the sun

Nah I can’t take peptides are there no other ways?
maybe supps? im not sure as im not talking from experience, research the chemical compound of something like mt2 and then find a product that shares its properties

I just eat like 3 carrots a day and I've been doing it for 2 weeks or something? My mom commented yesterday that my skin looks better which seems like a good indicator because I didn't tell her about the carrots. I have however also been controlling my gut health for a couple weeks by eating no sweets or snacks + downing a bunch of kefir.

It’s definitely not because of carotenoids they take at least 4 weeks of consistent consumption with fat to see minimal changes and full effect takes 8-12 weeks
