Soft tissue + his orbital vector is neutral not negative. People here underestimate the importance of soft tissue.

What do you mean with "under eye support"? Because recessed infraorbital rims = bad under eye support (of course fat also plays a role on how the under eye area looks)

Are you talking about the tightness of the lower eyelids?
 
He has food under eyesupport because of his high set cheekbones.
