your jaw slopes inwards, your cheekbones don't slope outwards.

Everything is done at 17 pretty much except brow ridge

your fat pads will shift in your twenties which can either make them more prominent, or even less.

Obviously you’ll look like the same person but your cheekbones and jaw will fully develop so your face will masculinise. Also you lose baby fat.
