I have electrolyte packets but they have like 500mg of sodium in them. I heard that electrolytes help you debloat but doesn't sodium bloat you?

coconut water has loads of potassium and other electrolytes that debloat you

stop using sodium if u want to debloat

Potassium debloats, sodium bloats. Coconut water is the best way to get a lot of potassium in my experience, supplements like potassium chloride taste like shit and are supposed to be bad for your stomach lining.

you ever tried researching about what's in electrolytes and what they'd do to your body?

Not really, I've just heard they flush out water

well you need sodium but you need to balance it out with potassium to prevent bloating, the ideal sodium to potassium ratio is 3:1
