Do hunter/hooded eyes age badly?

Look at young Benjamin Mckenzie he had hooded eyes

And they didn't age very well

Do all hooded eyes age badly like this? Or is this just in his case in particular. He's 43 years old right now and I think his eyes aged pretty badly for 43 what will they look like 20 years from now?

I think it might have something to do with the excess skin above the eyelids that give the hooded appearance, the skin starts to get droopy as you age and makes the eyes look weird. Is a blephroplasty required if you age like this?

well it's the tendency as you lose fat and elasticity and if you happen to have hooded eyes it will be even more pronounced. My dad's eyelids are almost falling over his eyes for this reason. He even talks about getting blepharoplasty.
