My proportions look normal to the eye, I think, but once measured they don't make any sense.

I'm 5'9 with a 5'7 wingspan (should be 5'9 or longer)
6.9 inch hands (average for a 5'3 man)
5.9 inch wrists
8 foot size

wtf? I'm also 20 and grew 1.5cm in the last month/s. I feel like a child.

compared to most people honestly. what's your point
If you want to look intimidating, just gain lots of muscle mass, you will dwarf the average person automatically.

That's why I'm gymcelling rn. Getting good results so far but it'll take awhile

What are your lifts? (bench press, overhead press, squat, deadlift, row, pull up, curl, overhead tricep extension)

overhead 80lb
squat 130lb
dead 130lb
row 40lb
never tried weighted pullup (only bodyweight which is 130lb)
curl 55-60lb
overhead tricep 90lb

Overhead Extension 30x10
Barbell Curls 70x8
Overhead Press 90x5
Close-Grip Bench Press 90x12
Bench Press 112.5x8
Yates Rows 157.5x7
Squat 170x6
Deadlift 250x7


You should be able to do way more than a 40 lb row and way more than a 130 lb squat and 130 lb deadlift based on how long you have been lifting.

Follow my advice here, and I can guarantee you much faster results:

You're not fucking growing dumbass you just measured wrong or improved posture or measured at a different time of day etc unless you're an extremely late bloomer with low aromatization

Some people have these kind of proportions.
Some even have it whent hey are 6ft+.
To increase hand width u can try punching bags, lifting,rock climbing.

If u are growing blast hgh and igf1 to get taller.
And take aromaisn to keep your growth plates open
