they're not negatively tilted and the reason they might appear that way is because all of the movement occurs at the top with the bottom being flat.

this is what they would look like if the top was less rounded compared to the bottom.

Alot of uee and bad eye shape, Too round. Also eyelashes are pretty bad, Maybe try and fix that.
