Do i have bimaxillary protrusion?

Already had braces but went to a blue pulled orthodontist. How can I fix this? I still wear my retainer. I will get a chin implant after I graduate college but I don’t if this is man orthodontic problem. It’s making my Ogee curve look weird.

I have no clue I still don't understand if it means just having a set back jaw or having forward facial growth
