was thinking of removing my fixed bonded retainer on upper 6 teeth on the 18th october as ive worn them for 2 yrs now after the completion of my extraction ortho to do hard mewing. but i feel more forward growth and widening of upper arch could worsen my face esp coz my lower third is small...

there aren't any good bases for mtf, even the absolute best examples still don't pass without filters and angles.

You don't need surgery the absolute max in the world i would even think of doing is something like a very light perm for slightly curlier hair and tiktok fade / style. Do you take any hormones? Your skin is really a concern so id say improve what you put in your body.

If its for women, then your better off only softmaxxing and learning/experiencing the scene. Dont transition unless you have gender dysmorphia or smth you look decent bro.
