tbh no, bad clavicles, chest genetics but if you work hard you can still get kinda big
 
just bulk/ cut or lean bulk till 22-24BMI while remaining sub 13% BF at the end or throughout

Yes good delt insertions, clavicles are quite average. He’ll need to roid to be very wide however. Doesn’t have the capacity naturally based on starting point

op's clavicles are better since skywalker's are downturned and narrow

average length perhaps yes but they'll still appear wide purely due to his scapula retraction
Skywalker’s are fully straight. Op’s are slightly upturned but that’s okay because it leads to better delt insertions usually.

However straight is usually better if you’re a natural.

disagree upturned is definitely better since it creates the appearance of greater width as opposed to straight which typically appear slightly downturned, op's scapula retraction looks optimal, not too much, not too little.
