I chose Voluma for angle and chin as well as a little for undereyes. Is a great filler that doesn’t attract much water if at all. Is like 700$ for syringe. It was a good investment for me as I’m 100% this is how I want to look permanently and that looks really have an impact on you and others. Looks are indeed everything.

I had a great base to start off, is just that my gonions are tilted inwards and my chin is very small, also I have hollow tear troughs since birth , and fillers fixed all of that, but doctors I have spoken to indeed said there’s always going to be the risk of filler migration, is not if but when.

@Cheat_Win bro how are you gonna go about replicating your implants to look exactly like the fillers.

I was thinking:

Get a 3D facial scan or a 3D CT scan to capture the current structure of your jaw after fillers. This will document the filler-induced enhancement.
Then an Overlay Analysis to compare pre-filler and post-filler scans to visualize and measure differences (this can be done using the CAD design as it will replicate the filler-enhanced dimensions exactly).

There is an implant surgeon in Brazil who I’ve been gatekeeping but his results mog so hard. This is the closest I’ve seen implants looking like your filler transformation. Not only is he cheaper but he’s very popular in Brazil amongst the richer crowd so his work is top notch aesthetics wise.

My other option is Dr. Todd Hanna who also does implants and is great for bone cuts, his results are so good especially the chin because he always avoids deep mentolabial folds
