Do i have good genetics?

I’m 15, around 63–64 kg, and 5’10”. I’ve been going to the gym for about 2 years, but I didn’t train properly during that time (which is an L, I know). Recently though, I’ve started taking it seriously and following a proper gym schedule, and it’s been going really well.

Now I’m just looking for some tips on how to improve my physique. Also wondering if I’ve got a decent “starter pack” in terms of genetics, lol…
 
62kg at 5’10 isn’t exactly a good weight. If you just bulk up you will pack on a good amount of muscle and it will aid your development. Your build seems pretty decent/ average which is good but nothing sticks out like crazy. Just bulk bro. Eating>training. Just train hard and eat enough and progress will come fast.
