Do i have gyno?

Right okay so putting into perspective, when my nipples are soft they can give off a puffy/ slight gyno look (as seen in the 1st pic) however when they are hard the tissue around them seems to shrink slightly (pic 2) is this gyno or just puffy nipples??

Squeeze your nipples. Is there some fat underneath? If yes, then you have gyno.

yea but that just confuses me because i don’t know if any tissue is fat or actually breast tissue
