Idk man just tips for looking better, my weight is 77kg. My physicue is fucked cuz im skinnyfat but i will work on getting some muscle after i become lean.
 
it will get a bit better once i lose more weight but yeah my dads hyoid is also bad

Been going for 2 months now
first of all to make sure you dont waste time do a split like Upper Lower
do incline treadmill 25-30mins after workouts (or any other cardio form)
You should also take walks as much as possible
Try to remember what things can add calories without you even noticing (condiments like mayo, sodas, oil) and reduce them/swap them out to low calorie versions.
mainly just track your cals

Been eating in an 1k per day calorie deficit for 2weeks now

i dont recommend eating in that much of a deficit if you wanna actually become lean with muscles,toned you should probably go to 250-500 and eat at least 140g of protein a day
 
just keep bulking for that extra bone mass bro trust mr
