first of all to make sure you dont waste time do a split like Upper LowerBeen going for 2 months now
Been eating in an 1k per day calorie deficit for 2weeks nowfirst of all to make sure you dont waste time do a split like Upper Lower
do incline treadmill 25-30mins after workouts (or any other cardio form)
You should also take walks as much as possible
Try to remember what things can add calories without you even noticing (condiments like mayo, sodas, oil) and reduce them/swap them out to low calorie versions.
mainly just track your cals
i dont recommend eating in that much of a deficit if you wanna actually become lean with muscles,toned you should probably go to 250-500 and eat at least 140g of protein a dayBeen eating in an 1k per day calorie deficit for 2weeks now
