Orbital vector is negative, so I'm guessing it's an infraorbital issue. Your infras are a part of your maxilla, so I suppose your maxilla is recessed by default, although that's usually not what people mean by that

You could look into implants, but I wouldn’t bother. It’s not a particularly crucial flaw to have, so the ROI won’t be very high
