Do I have tmj?

So first, I can’t open my jaw fast but I can all the way. My jaw feels stiff when I try opening it especially when I’m exercising or wake up in the morning. Also, sometimes when I lay my head on my jaw and get up, I hear hella clicking and when I mess around with my ears but it’s temporary. Should I be concerned about any cosmetic issues that it could bring up cuz I heard that tmj can recess you

I figured out a way to fix a stiff jaw, break a pencil in half, put them on your back teeth then push up on your chin. Doing this gives the disk space to get right back in place. I did it but was too scared to push hard enough
