Cope with chin ups.
They’re shit tho. I do normie exercises only like dumbbell presses (chest + shoulders), back rows with barbells etc

Nothing in my opinion substitutes biceps curls with dumbbells. It's the best way to test your real bicep strenght and measure the progressive overload.

Yes because first of all lat pulldowns shouldnt mainly hit biceps, and you need to train them directly

It's all about stimulus after all. Personally, I cope with calisthenics because of my klinefelter's condition.

2-3 sets of biceps shouldn’t take long, like 10-15mins really with 3 min breaks

I actually do that sometimes but it makes my biceps extra sore from already doing back rows, lat pulldowns etc

Dont do curls lol. Delts, triceps, upper chest and lats only.
