Do I have wide pelvic bones / hips ?

I want to know if I have wide pelvic or if its just love handle, when I pull the skin back on the 2nd pic my bones doesnt seems that wide. Is it just unlucky fat storage and need to cut badly to get rid of them ? Right know i have an ''X'' bodyshape. Thanks

yeah, but u can cope with your shoulders
