Do i look decent considering my awful upbringing?

For reference I was forced to be vegetarian until the age of 10, I was fed ultra processed food, soy, had an Ipad shoved in my face, became 60kg at 4'10, played fortnite for 10+ hours a day, and I starvemaxxed and became 40kg at the age of 12. I had a decent transformation but It's sad to see that it is a lot harder to reach my genetic potential because of this. The second file of me shirtless is my physique now, and considering I just hit puberty there will be a lot of growth in the next 6 months.
