Just cus u have an overbite, doesn’t mean u don’t have skeletal class 2 malocclusion, you might still need BSSO even with class 1 dental occlusion. Hence giving you the retruded lower lip.

eye balling your gonial angle , i'd say it's around 110 which is ideal so no need for ccw

Yea my profile is so much more harmonous when I slightly open mouth and pull mandible slightly forward, can bsso fix the lip?

your ramus is fine , i'd need to look at you from the front, if your gonial width is relatively small then sure , but research the matter more it has a lot of complications and shit

What don’t you like about your side profile?
You like fine , in fact you have a very good side profile You have a good gonial angle and don’t look downgrown so ccw would do more harm then good.
You don’t look recessed either.
So genuinely what do you want from surgery? Is it worth the time money and hassle , for a change then isn’t even guaranteed, when you already look good.
The only think that looks of is your lip area. Other than that your mandible and chin is good, you nose and maxilla is good. You have a nice browridge with a nice high nose bridge which gives you a strong distinct look.
There is nothing for you in surgery except wasted time money and a bunch of hassle.
Other then that your philtrum looks long and your lips look thin so fix that and you golden.
Edit: looking at it a bit more , something is definitely off with you mouth area , fix that.
Edit 2: saw your comment of mandible implants don’t get it, your jaw already has a perfect gonial angle and you have a long ramus. The only reason to get would be for width which I can’t acces from the picture but I do not think it’s worth it.
